Amendment to SB 423
Amend RSA 281-A:17-e, I as inserted by section 1 of the bill by inserting after subparagraph (17) the following new subparagraphs:
(18) A representative of the NH Paramedics Association, appointed by that association.
(19) A representative of a community health center, appointed by the governor.
Amend RSA 281-A:17-e, III as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
III. The members of the commission shall elect a chairperson from among the members. The first meeting of the commission shall be called by the senate member. The first meeting of the commission shall be held within 45 days of the effective date of this section. Ten members of the commission shall constitute a quorum.
