Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 430
This enrolled bill amendment renumbers an RSA section to avoid a conflict with 2026, 123 (HB 1827).
Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 430
Amend section 2 of the bill by replacing lines 2 and 3 with the following:
RSA 189 by inserting after section 13-d the following new section:
189:13-e Communications Between Teachers, Parents, and Legal Guardians.
