STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT relative to the zoning board of adjustment variance criteria.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 674:33, I(a)(2)(E), relative to hardship requirement for variances.
II. RSA 674:33, I(b), relative to hardship requirement for variances.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
