1 Hemp; Definition. Amend RSA 439-A:2, V to read as follows:
V. "Hemp" means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of the plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration (THC) of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

V. "Hemp" means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of the plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 total tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. Total THC concentration shall include the sum of all THC, including tetrahydrocannabolic acid (THCA).
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
