STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT defining the term "field officers" within the national guard.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Defining Field Grade Officers for Purposes of Promotion and Appointment. Amend RSA 110-B:20 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. For the purposes of promotion and appointment of field grade officers of the army national guard, the term "field grade officers" or "field officers" shall mean officers in the rank of lieutenant colonel and colonel.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
