STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT relative to the effective date of the law regarding collection and reporting of abortion statistics.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Collection and Reporting of Abortion Statistics; Effective Date of RSA 329:49-a. Amend 2025, 287:15, III to read as follows:
III. Section 14 of this act shall take effect [January 1, 2027] July 1, 2027.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
