AN ACT relative to pet vendor foster homes, defining pet vendor foster facility, and relative to cruelty to livestock.
Having considered the same, report the same with the following amendment, and the recommendation that the bill as amended ought to pass.

Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 475
This enrolled bill amendment makes technical corrections to the bill and inserts a renumbering contingency to avoid conflict with SB 535 of the 2026 regular legislative session.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 475
Amend RSA 644:8, IV-b(a) as inserted by section 5 of the bill by replacing line 1 with the following:
IV-b.(a) Any person charged with cruelty to animals under paragraph III or III-a
Amend RSA 644:8, IV-b(b) as inserted by section 5 of the bill by replacing line 2 with the following:
