Amendment to SB 495
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT repealing the limit for transfers of appropriations in Carroll county.
Amend the bill by replacing all after the enacting clause with the following:
1 Repeal. RSA 24:13-d, I, relative to monetary limits for transfers of appropriations in Carroll county, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2026.

This bill repeals the $1,000 limit for transfers of appropriations in Carroll county and the required procedure for transfers in excess of $1,000.
