Amendment to SB 497
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT removing a reference to procurement through the department of administrative services for certain capital appropriations to the community college system of New Hampshire and changing a reference regarding spaces assigned for use for members of the legislature.
Amend the bill by inserting after section 1 the following and renumbering the original sections 2 and 3 to read as 3 and 4:
2 Legislative Officers and Proceedings; Office Space and Parking Facilities. Amend RSA 14:14-b, IV to read as follows:
IV. All rooms and other spaces of the state house annex designated and assigned for use by the speaker of the house and the president of the senate, including but not limited to the [west wing of the second] fourth floor; and
