Amendment to SB 505-FN
Amend RSA 215:2, IV as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
IV. The chief of the fish and game law enforcement division or their designee within the law enforcement division of the department shall review the criminal record information prior to making a registration decision and shall maintain the confidentiality of all criminal history records received pursuant to this section.
