Amendment to SB 515-FN

 

Amend the bill by replacing all after section 4 with the following:  

 

5  Repeal.  RSA 169-C:10, II(f), relative to attorneys and guardians ad litem, is repealed.  

6  Effective Date.  

I.  Section 4 of this act shall take effect August 1, 2026.

II.  Section 5 of this act shall take effect August 1, 2027.

III.  The remainder of this act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
