Amendment to SB 528-FN
Amend RSA 15:5-a, I(a)(1) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(1) The People’s Republic of China, the Russian Federation, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, or the Republic of Cuba;
Amend RSA 15:5-a as inserted by section 1 of the bill by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. This section shall not apply to any entities that are the subject of, or covered by, a qualified divestiture under the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act, Public Law 118-50, division H, including but not limited to any entity referenced in Executive Order 14352, dated September 25, 2025, whether or not such Executive Order is in effect.
