STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 The State and Its Government; Department of Education; Education Freedom Accounts; Administrator. Amend RSA 21-N:7-a, II to read as follows:
II. Contract with, and seek multiple contract bids from, scholarship organizations every 3 years, subject to the approval of the governor and executive council.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
