This enrolled bill amendment renumbers a section number to avoid conflict with 2026, 32:2 (HB1204).
Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 540-FN
Amend section 3 of the bill by replacing lines 2 and 3 with the following:
15 the following new section:
155-A:16 Plug-In Solar Generation Systems.
Amend section 6 of the bill by replacing line 1 with the following:
6 Contingency. RSA 155-A:16, as inserted by section 3 of this act, shall take effect on the date
