STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT repealing the limitation of liability for certain design features of firearms.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 507-D:6, relative to limiting liability for certain design features of firearms, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
