Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 562
This enrolled bill amendment makes grammatical and technical corrections to the bill.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 562
Amend RSA 407-E:5, II as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing line 3 with the following:
funds and to take such action as may be necessary to secure the funds.
Amend RSA 407-E:7, III(b) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(b) The non-IBHS grant item must threaten the insurability of the residence; and
Amend RSA 407-E:12, IV as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing line 2 with the following:
