Amendment to SB 592

 

Amend the bill by replacing all after section 6 with the following:  

 

7  Repeal.  RSA 21-O:14-b, relative to the commission to study transferring the commission to study ownership and/or operation of the Winnipesaukee River Basin program (WRBP) to an alternative authority, is repealed.

8  Effective Date.  

I.  Sections 5 and 6 of this act shall take effect upon passage.

II.  Section 7 shall take effect November 1, 2026.

III.  This remainder of this act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
