Amendment to SB 608-FN
Amend the bill by inserting after section 5 the following and renumbering the original section 6 to read as 7:
6 Fiscal Committee Approval. Upon receipt of federal approval required by this act, the department of health and human services shall seek approval from the joint legislative fiscal committee at its next scheduled meeting for any expenditures pursuant to sections 1, 3, 4, and 5 of this act.
