This enrolled bill amendment makes grammatical corrections to the bill.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to SB 614-FN
Amend RSA 405-C:3, IV as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing line 3 with the following:
licensees subject to RSA title XXXVII servicing the joint self-insurance arrangement.
Amend RSA 405-C:8, II(a) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(a) Be competent;
