Amendment to SB 616-FN
Amend RSA 126-Z:9, III as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
III. The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall make an annual aggregated report of the data reported to the department by providers under this chapter to the general court. This report shall be due February 1 of each year, beginning February 1, 2028.
