This bill repeals the committee for the protection of human subjects and the rulemaking authority for the commissioner of health and human services with respect to such committee.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT repealing the committee for the protection of human subjects institutional review board.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

113:1  Repeal.  The following are repealed:  

I.  RSA 171-A:19-a, relative to the committee for the protection of human subjects.  

II.  RSA 171-A:19-b, relative to rulemaking authority for the committee for the protection of human subjects as established in RSA 171-A:19-a.  

113:2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2027.
