STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT authorizing the department of insurance to participate in a cooperative procurement group via an intergovernmental agreement for a prescription drug discount program.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Department of Insurance; Authorization.   The department of insurance is authorized to participate in a cooperative procurement group via an intergovernmental agreement for a prescription drug discount program.   Such agreement shall be subject to the approval of the governor and the executive council.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2026.
