STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Appropriation; Department of Natural and Cultural Resources. There is hereby appropriated to the department of natural and cultural resources the sum of $1,000,000 for the biennium ending June 30, 2027, which shall be nonlapsing until June 30, 2029, for the purpose of making renovations and repairs to the Northwood Meadows Lake Dam. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2026.

METHODOLOGY:
This bill appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources for the biennium ending June 30, 2027, nonlapsing until June 30, 2029, for the purpose of renovations and repairs to the Northwood Meadows Lake Dam.
