STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\trelative to flexible working arrangements in employment.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t182:1 New Section; Flexible Working Arrangement. Amend RSA 275 by inserting after section 37-a the following new section:
\t275:37-b Flexible Working Arrangement. No employer shall retaliate against any employee solely because the employee requests a flexible work schedule. Nothing in this section shall be construed to require any employer to accommodate a flexible work schedule. Nothing in this section shall be construed to create a cause of action for failure to provide a flexible work schedule at an employee's request.
\t182:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 90 days after its passage.
