STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT\tlimiting an exemption from the road toll.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

\t189:1  Exemption From Road Toll.  Amend RSA 260:32, I to read as follows:

\t\tI.  Sales to the United States[, its agencies or instrumentalities; and diplomatic or consular personnel certified by the United States Department of State] government for use of the armed forces only.

\t189:2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2017.
