This bill authorizes the commissioner of the department of administrative services to appoint a designee to serve on the state retiree health plan commission and the enhanced 911 commission.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
44:1 State Retiree Health Plan Commission; Membership. Amend RSA 100-A:56, I(e) to read as follows:
(e) The commissioner of the department of administrative services, or designee.
44:2 Enhanced 911 Commission; Membership. Amend RSA 106-H:3, I(a)(9) to read as follows:
(9) The commissioner of the department of administrative services, or designee.
44:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
