STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT relative to late fees in manufactured housing parks.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

73:1  New Paragraph; Manufactured Housing Parks; Late Fees.  Amend RSA 205-A:6 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:

IV.  No manufactured housing park owner or operator shall charge a late fee for any rental payment that is paid in full within 7 calendar days of the due date.

73:2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
