STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT requiring the department of transportation to install a traffic light in the town of Conway.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Transportation; Conway. The department of transportation shall install a traffic light at the intersection of Route 302 and East Conway Road in the town of Conway.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

METHODOLOGY:
This bill, as amended, requires the Department of Transportation to install a traffic light in Conway at the intersection of Route 302 and East Conway Road. The project is estimated to use Federal and Betterment funds and cost $300,210. Total preliminary engineering expenditures are estimated to be $20,000, and be incurred in FY 2021, and total construction expenditures are estimated to be $280,210, and be incurred in FY 2023.
