METHODOLOGY:
This bill changes allowable Lucky 7 ticket prices from an amount not to exceed $0.50 to be either $0.50 or $1.00. State revenue for Lucky 7 tickets is based on a $15 deal fee, which is not changed and therefore this bill will have no direct impact on state revenue. To the extent this change impacts player behavior, the Lottery Commission states there may be an indeterminable, yet minimal impact on state revenue in FY 2021 and each year thereafter.
