STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Education; Reports; Identification and Accommodation of Gifted and Talented Students. Amend RSA 189:29-b, II to read as follows:
II. Beginning in the [2022-2023] 2026-2027 school year, every New Hampshire public school shall submit to the department of education, no later than August 1, an annual narrative report detailing the policies, programs, and procedures that are in place to identify and accommodate the unique needs of gifted and talented students. [If no such policies, programs, or procedures exist, the report shall so state.]
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
