ANALYSIS
This bill prohibits the operation of a vaccination clinic at schools during school hours and requires the parent or legal guardian of a child be present during the administration of any vaccination to their child at such a clinic.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; School Vaccination Clinics; Parent or Legal Guardian Required. Amend RSA 200 by inserting after section 27-a the following new section:
200:27-b School Vaccination Clinics; Parent or Legal Guardian Required.
I. No public elementary or secondary school or chartered public school shall conduct a vaccination clinic at any time during school hours.
II. A parent or guardian of a child shall be required to accompany and be present with their child in order for a child to be immunized at a vaccination clinic held in a public elementary or secondary school or chartered public school.
III. Nothing in this section shall affect the duties of school nurses as described in RSA 200:38, I(a).
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
