STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT relative to the state 10-year transportation improvement plan.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 State 10-Year Transportation Improvement Plan. The legislature hereby adopts the plan known as the “State of New Hampshire Ten Year Transportation Improvement Plan 2027-2036" submitted by the governor to the legislature pursuant to RSA 228:99 and RSA 240, with the following revisions, and encourages expeditious implementation of the projects shown therein.
2 Albany; Project Added. The project named Albany project number 45469, operational and safety improvements at the intersection of NH 16, Wildwood Road and NH 113, shall be included in the 2027- 2036 10-year transportation improvements plan with $6,824,313, and construction in 2033.
3 Projects Removed. The following projects shall be removed from the 2027 – 2036 10-year transportation improvement plan:
I. The project named Manchester, project number 16099A, to reconstruct and widen Exit 6 on I- 293 in Manchester, as funds are not available.
II. The project named Manchester, project number 16099B, to reconstruct and widen Exit 7 on I-293 in Manchester, as funds are not available.
4 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
