STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT relative to a certain exemption in interest in condominium units.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Trade and Commerce; Condominium Act; Exemptions.  Amend RSA 356-B:49, I(a) to read as follows:  

(a) If not more than [10] 50 units are included in the condominium; provided, however, this exemption shall not apply to a condominium involving time sharing interests;

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
