STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three
AN ACT relative to the use of OHRVs on designated trails.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
217:1 New Paragraph; Off Highway Recreational Vehicles; Operation of All OHRVs. Amend RSA 215-A:6 by inserting after paragraph XI the following new paragraph:
XII. No OHRV registered in this state or any other jurisdiction for use on a way in this state, except OHRVs registered for purposes under RSA 261:41-a, shall be used recreationally on designated OHRV trails.
217:2 New Paragraph; Off Highway Recreational Vehicles; Registration. Amend RSA 215-A:21 by inserting after paragraph X the following new paragraph:
XI. No OHRV registered in this state or any other jurisdiction for use on a way in this state, except OHRVs registered for purposes under RSA 261:41-a, shall be used recreationally on designated OHRV trails.
217:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
