ANALYSIS
This bill requires the therapeutic cannabis medical oversight board to annually review medical and scientific evidence relative to currently approved and additional qualifying conditions. The bill also requires the board's annual report to include citations to such medical and scientific evidence.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT relative to duties and reporting requirements of the therapeutic cannabis medical oversight board.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board; Duties; Annual Review of Medical and Scientific Evidence. Amend RSA 126-X:12, IV(a) to read as follows:
(a) Annually reviewing medical and scientific evidence pertaining to currently approved and additional qualifying conditions.
2 Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board; Reporting Requirement. Amend RSA 126-X:12, VI to read as follows:
VI. On or before January 1 of each year, the board shall make a report to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the oversight committee on health and human services established under RSA 126-A:13, the board of medicine, and the board of nursing. The report shall include citations to the medical and scientific evidence reviewed by the board, pertaining to currently approved and additional qualifying conditions.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
