STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT relative to the definition of hemp.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Hemp; Definition. Amend RSA 439-A:2, V to read as follows:
V. "Hemp" means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of the plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 total tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration [(THC)] of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. Total THC concentration shall include the sum of all THC, including tetrahydrocannabolic acid (THCA).
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
