STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT relative to prescribing ibogaine for investigational use only.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Section; Ibogaine; Prescription for Investigational Use.  Amend RSA 329 by inserting after section RSA 329:1-h the following new section:  

329:1-i  Ibogaine; Prescription for Investigational Use Only.  Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, physicians and other health care providers licensed to prescribe drugs in this state may prescribe ibogaine for investigational use only.  

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
